When burnout stopped me in my tracks at 40, and then came the fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue, I went looking for answers beyond 'just accept it'. I tried everything I could get my hands on because I wanted my health, my energy and my life back. I moved from Belgium to Spain, worked on the beliefs, habits and internal blockages that were holding me back and for work, I wanted a sustainable work-from-home business I could run in a health-friendly way. One that wouldn't be a ticket back to burnout.
And that's where it got tricky. As new as I was to this, I signed up for the business programs of some big names in the industry and found the same issue everywhere: they shared strategies, but they were meant for high-energy, healthy people. They offered support, but any questions about what software or tool to use or how to set it up were brushed off.
